SHOW’N’DIRTY VEHICLE ENTRANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions for your vehicle entry into Defender Fest 2027 Show’N’Dirty are set out below. By participating you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Weekend entry lanyard must be show at the gate, unless you have a day gate ticket for entry.
2. You may enter your vehicle on the show day at the gate, if you are not camping for the weekend, the entry fee is $25 per vehicle + $10 per person over the age of six.  
3. Car entry tickets are non-refundable.
4. Your vehicle will be numbered on the windscreen and a photo taken in place on entry.  
5. The Defender Fest 2026 Show’N’Dirty on the paddock is only open to the following lineages from 1983: 110, 90, 127/130, County, Perentie or Classic Defender, New Defender. 
6. Vehicles are not permitted to enter the Defender Fest Solihull Field until instructed by vested event marshals. 
7. Follow all instructions given by vested event marshals and or traffic control staff at all times. 
8. Vehicles must park where directed by marshals; failure to do so will result in removal from the event
9. Once your vehicle is parked, it cannot be moved. until the event is finished (4pm), or unless directed by vested marshals.
10. Show’N’Dirty vehicle entry is from 8am am Saturday, the 17th of October. No entry after 10 am.
11. No alcohol is to be consumed whilst operating a vehicle, and you alone are responsible for not drinking and driving. (Police may be present at the event) 
12. Defender Fest event precinct is a non-smoking area. 
13. Burnouts or revving your car unnecessarily are not acceptable, and you may be asked to leave the event.
14. It is your responsibility to take reasonable care within the Defender Fest event site, and you are to cooperate with all instructions by event marshals in protecting the health and safety of yourself and others. 
15. You must report all accidents and incidents to event marshals or volunteers as soon as possible. In the event of an accident or emergency, report to the Medical tent straight away! 
16. In the case of an emergency, and event marshals cannot contact the owner of a vehicle, you agree that event marshals or emergency services may enter, move or tow away a vehicle for operational or safety reasons at any point during the event. 
17. You must comply with any reasonable request made by event marshals in relation to health and safety.
18. You exhibit your vehicle at your own risk and release, to the full extent permitted by law, Defender Fest and its representatives from any claims arising from any accident, loss, damage, injury or death to any persons or property within the event precinct due to your negligence.
